HOW HORRIBLE IT MUST BE FOR THOSE UNFORTUNATE VIETNAM VETERANS; HE PROBABLY STILL IMAGINES THAT "CHARLIE" IS PURSUING HIM AND SUBSEQUENTLY BECOMES PARALYZED BY FEAR, FOR HE CANNOT ASCERTAIN WHERE CHARLIE WILL STRIKE, SINCE IT IS CHARLIE THAT DEPRIVED HIM OF HIS EYES.
